Demonator Bass Drum Pedal
Pearl changed the game with the introduction of the Eliminator Demon Drive Pedal in 2009. Now in 2013, Pearl introduces the Demonator bass drum pedal. Featuring the industry leading characteristics of the award winning Demon Drive pedals, the Demonator is a wonderful addition to the Demon Drive family. The Demonator is a single‐chain drive pedal, equipped with a Demon Style Powershifter long‐footboard. An interchangable cam (US Pat. #6172291) and infinitely adjustable beater angle allow you to customize the pedal to your preferred feel and power. Pearl’s Click‐Lock spring tension keepers (US Pat. #7754953) and Control Core Beater (US Pat. #7626108) give the finishing touches to this amazingly versatile pedal. The Demonator single pedal is included in Pearl’s new 930 and 830 Hardware Packs. A Demonator Double Pedal and Double Pedal Conversion Kit are also available.
New Finishes in the Vision Birch Lacquer Series
Pearl’s Vision Birch Lacquer (VBL) Series has received a revamp for 2013, with the addition of two new hi‐gloss lacquer stocking finishes; #243 Prussian Blue, and #244 Natural Black Burst. Applied using Pearl’s proprietary UV lacquer process, Vision Series’ 100% Birch shells offer a naturally EQ’d sonority and excellent near‐field response, ideal for live and recording performances. Matched with Pearl’s steel SensiTone snare drum and Pearl’s new 930 Hardware Pack or the 830 Hardware Pack, VBL is ready to deliver a full, powerful sound right out of the box. Both the 930 & 830 Hardware Packs come with the ALL NEW P‐930 Demonator Bass Drum Pedal. VBL is also stocked in the standard #230 Clear Birch, #232 Ruby Fade, #234 Black Ice, #235 Concord Fade, and #239 Graphite lacquer finishes.

Using Pearl’s 31‐step lacquer process, these attention grabbing finishes beautifully match the warm, resonant sonority of Master MCX’s 100% Maple shells. Catch your audience’s eye with the striking Shamrock Green, or entice the crowd with a sultry Ash Fade Tamo Artisan II finish.
